Filtering by Type and Status Selection

This second table allows you to quickly filter holidays by type and status. Clicking on the [Type] heading inverts the selection. Clicking on the green check mark selects all checkboxes. Clicking on the red cross unchecks all checkboxes. The boxed row and column heading areas invert the selection of the associated checkboxes.
