MoreActionList

The MoreActionList module allows you to generate two types of reports from a selection of items within the native document list (quotes, orders, invoices). It is possible to generate a Summary Table or a PDF from the list. It is finally possible to perform bulk cloning of invoices and supplier orders.

Overview

The MoreActionList module adds additional actions to the bulk action menu: Generating summary tables Generating a summary PDF file Cloning multiple items at once Added actions appear with an orange icon to differentiate them from other native actions.

Settings

Activation

To activate the module, open the module list page from the menus Home > Configuration > Modules/Applications > Patas-Tools > MoreActionList.

To activate the module, simply click the button and configure the module.

Configuration

If you wish to enable the PDF generation option, simply activate the PDF template; the function will then be presented in the bulk actions dropdown menu. Also check the Default box if you want to enable the generation of the Summary PDF. The first additional parameter enables the bulk cloning function for customer invoices and supplier orders. The other parameters allow you to define: the grouping method: by items (sales proposals, orders, invoices) by products by third party Select the amount to display (including tax, excluding tax, VAT) Select the types of products to display (Products and Services, Products only, Services only)

In Practice

The MoreActionList module can be accessed via: Sales Proposal, Invoice, and Orders.

To generate reports, click the checkboxes associated with the desired sales proposals, orders, and/or invoices. Once you have done this, a field will appear at the top of the list with the report options that can be generated. These are: Generate Summary PDF and Generate Summary Table.

Simply select the files you need to create the report and click "Confirm." The report will be generated and displayed as shown in the examples.

Bulk Cloning

Thanks to the moreActionList module, it is possible to duplicate several items at once, without having to go to the details page to perform this operation.

This operation is extremely useful if you regularly need to create the same orders to suppliers or the same regular invoices (for example, as part of a maintenance contract).

To do this, simply select the parts you wish to clone, and start the cloning operation.
