Jobs have four stages specific to mySchedule:
- Unassigned: There are no users associated with the job
- Not Yet Planned: There is at least one user associated with the job, but they are not yet assigned to a job detail line
- Not Yet Completed: All job lines are assigned to one (or more) users
- Completed: The time spent by users has been entered on the job
Each of these stages is associated with a color code that is used to display jobs in the calendar view
And two intermediate stages:
- To Be Completed: The time spent by the workers, but it is less than the planned time
- Exceeded: The time spent is greater than the planned time
