The MoreActionList module allows you to generate two types of reports from a selection of items in the native document list (quotes, orders, invoices).
It is possible to generate a Summary Table or a PDF from the list.

Activation
To activate the module, open the module list page from the menus Home > Configuration > Modules/Applications > Patas-Tools > MoreActionList.

To activate the module, simply click the button and configure the module.

Configuration

If you want to activate the PDF generation option, simply click on the option described as follows: Default PDF template for the moreActionList module, and also select the "Default" option.
For Additional Settings to activate: - Group by items (sales proposals, orders, invoices) - Group by products, Group by third party - Select the amount type to display (including tax, excluding tax, VAT) - Select the product type to display (Products and Services, Products only, Services only)

In practice
The MoreActionList module can be accessed via: Sales Proposal, Invoice, and Orders.

To generate reports, click the checkboxes associated with the desired sales proposals, orders, and/or invoices. Once you have done this, a field appears at the top of the list with the report options that can be generated. They are: Generate Summary PDF and Generate Summary Table.

Display
Simply select the files you need to create the report and click "Confirm". The report will be generated and displayed as in the examples.
