ExtraECM enhances native document management (EDM) by adding file selection and export to a ZIP file and document filtering based on creation date. |
Configuration
The module has no configuration, you just need to install and activate it to be operational.
Access to the module application
The module adds an additional tab to the native EDM which replicates the operation of the native document management tab
Filtering on document date
An input box above the document date column allows you to filter the document creation date.

Selection and export of documents
Exporting documents is a two-step process.
- Select the documents you wish to retrieve by checking the box in front of them. You can check/uncheck all the boxes using the check mark in the column header.
- Click the export button in the column header.
