This module allows you to generate logistics files from various Dolibarr elements (proposal, order, invoice, etc.) and transfer them via email or FTP

Presentation

myBroadcast allows you to add a button to Dolibarr elements that generates a CSV file and then send it by email or FTP.

The list of documents where mybroadcast adds a button is as follows:

  • Sales proposal
  • Customer order
  • Customer invoice
  • Customer shipment
  • Supplier order
  • Supplier invoice
  • Factory production order (FO)
This list may be more limited if certain modules are not activated (Factory being an additional module).

In some cases, it is possible to specify the warehouse where the generation takes place, but this is not mandatory.

Configuration

The main module configuration settings are configured on the module settings screen, accessible at the end of the line.

There are 3 steps to complete

Selecting the element or using broadcast

The first step in the setup is to select the element to which you want to add the send button. Until the element is selected, the rest of the settings will not be accessible. Once selected, the remaining settings fields appear. If there is a previous entry, it is displayed.

Definition of data to be transmitted

It is possible to store the broadcast generation date in an extra field of type "date" for the element. To do this, you must select the field in the settings.
