Doli2Doli makes it easy to transfer third parties and products between different Dolibarr instances using the REST API. This module is designed for the ad-hoc transfer of data between multiple Dolibarr installations, without setting up permanent synchronization. Ideal for passing on qualified new leads, product sheets, and—above all—purchase and selling prices, as well as product availability (provided you have defined that field in your environment). Configure your Dolibarr recipients once, then select the instance to which you want to send your data directly from your records. During a transfer, simply select the Dolibarr instance to which you wish to send the data and the items you wish to transmit.

Settings

Activating the module

To use the Bichon module, go to Home > Setup > Modules/Applications, then activate the Bichon module.

Module parameter

If you wish to communicate product availability to customers, you need to define an additional field on your product page (extra field) to store and update this information.

Then select this field in the module's main settings.

Recipient Management

You can define as many recipients as you wish in the module settings.

The fields required to configure a recipient are as follows: a label identifying the recipient the recipient's Dolibarr URL the token associated with the relevant user for updates the environment (entity) if the Multi-Company module is installed the vendor ID assigned to you by the recipient

Third-Party Transfer

From a third-party record, use the [Doli2Doli] button to select the destination Dolibarr instance.

You can also choose to transfer the contacts associated with the third party.

The transfer of private notes is protected by specific authorization: only authorized users may transmit this information.

Third-party update

If the SIREN number already exists for the recipient, a confirmation request for the update is prompted before the operation is performed.

Product Transfer

Products can also be transferred to the recipient Dolibarr instance.

Doli2Doli handles, among other things, selling prices and purchase prices.

Access to the transfer of purchase prices is protected by specific authorization.

If the product does not exist in the destination Dolibarr instance, it can be created.

Product Update

If the product already exists (product reference or supplier reference present), Doli2Doli simply updates it after confirmation.

Supplier Price Updates

For products listed with a supplier, updates are limited to price and availability (provided availability has been configured in the module).
